Parent folder description:
Parent folder provides a button and context menu item to view the parent folder. There is also a ALT+Up Arrow shortcut key for those who prefer the keyboard.
This extension will add a button onto the toolbar of Firefox, and you simply need to press it in order to navigate to the parent folder.
